Returns and cancellations
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with books and other products purchased from the shop, we will refund the value of the goods supplied.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. This includes gift card purchases, which will be credited onto a gift card.
Please note that CDs cannot be cancelled once the seal is broken, and for hygiene reasons, earrings and face coverings cannot be returned.
To cancel your order, please e-mail us at bl-shop@bl.uk with your order number. A refund will be issued once we have received the item.
The purchase price of the item will be refunded. Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any postage costs incurred (unless the order is faulty or incorrect).

Exemptions
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on custom prints, face masks or pierced earrings unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake. Custom prints are exempt as they are made to order. Face coverings and pierced earrings are exempt for health & safety reasons.
Faulty goods
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or incorrect, we will refund the postage costs. To return an item, please email bl-shop@bl.uk within 28 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns from outside the UK
International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU. If you are returning anything to us from outside the UK you must complete a customs declaration, correctly indicating that the package contains “returned goods” or similar. We will not pay customs duty in order to receive back the returned item(s).
Discounts
Discounts and voucher codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Exchange rates
All payments and refunds are made in pound sterling and we are not responsible for fluctuations in foreign exchange rates.
Gift cards
Gift cards are only refundable if unused and requested by the original purchaser.
Resending of Orders
Due to varying timescales for international customs procedures, if you do not receive your order within 30 days of the original dispatch date, we reserve the right to review the missing or delayed order on a case by case basis.
