A stunning pocket journal featuring an exquisite turquoise peacock design book cover of the Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám, from the British Library collection.
The decorated cover of this notebook is printed on foil in five colours, embossed, then foil stamped for a beautiful finish. It's a practical choice too, with ruled pages, a pocket at the back for receipts and loose papers, two bookmarks, and a solid magnetic side flap.
The binding image on the cover is 20th century and was created by Stanley Bray. The Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám is a collection of poems translated by Edward Fitzgerald and attributed to Omar Khayyám (1048-1131).
