Alice puts down the bottle print

Alice grows after drinking from a mysterious bottle, with the instruction 'drink me' on it. This image is from Lewis Carroll's original manuscript of Alice's Adventures under Ground (later published as Alice's Adventures in Wonderland), created 1862-1864. Lewis Carroll is the pseudonym of Charles Dodgson. He created this manuscript between 1862-1864 for Alice Liddell, the daughter of the Dean of his college, Christ Church, in Oxford.
