    COVID-19 Update                  23 June 2020

    Our online shop is open to orders within the UK only, but due to the measures we have put in place to keep our team safe, processing and fulfilment times are extended by up to 10 days. Currently orders are processed and dispatched once a week, usually Thursdays.

    You will receive an email from us when your items are on their way. If you have any questions about your order in the meantime, please feel free to send us an e-mail

    Collect from St. Pancras

    Our building is currently closed and we are currently unable to offer a collection service from St. Pancras.

    If you have an outstanding collection with us, one of our team will have been in touch to get this posted to you at no extra charge.

    All payments and refunds are made in pound sterling and we are not responsible for fluctuations in foreign exchange rates.

    Covid-19 Returns Policy

    Our returns policy begins from the point you receive your items and our standard period for returning items is 28 days. Please contact us by e-mail to notify us about your returns request within this time. We are unable to receive deliveries at present and will be unable to do so until our sites reopen. In these cases, please do not send your return, instead we will extend our returns policy until such a time as our sites are reopen and will keep you informed via email.
