Your prints and frames will be handmade by King & McGaw at their Sussex workshop.
Our prints are intended for personal use only, or as gifts, and may not be copied or reproduced.

Product information
Art prints
The heavyweight 230gsm matte fine art paper has a flawless ultra smooth finish with an inkjet receptive coating perfect for giclée-printed high-quality fine art reproductions.
Frames and mounted prints
The framed prints are mounted using acid-free, 1300 microns smooth white mount board with a white core and then framed and finished by hand in the UK using responsibly-sourced, solid wood mouldings. Clear acrylic glazing is used for safety and longevity. The finished products have taped backs and are ready to hang.

Shipping and delivery
Unframed orders are shipped within 5 working days (normally shipped next day)
Framed orders are shipped within 20 working days

How will you ship my order?
For UK destinations unframed print orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class.
All framed prints are shipped by courier (Parcelforce or UPS) as standard.
For international orders, unframed prints are sent by Royal Mail tracked and signed for.
Please note that if your order contains a mixture of the above products they could be shipped to you in separate parcels.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No, unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Do you offer international shipping?
We are currently only shipping unframed custom prints internationally, we hope to roll out international shipping for framed custom prints in the future.
I've purchased a print, but I've changed my mind and want a refund.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on custom prints unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake. Custom prints are exempt as they are made to order.
Can I redeem my discount ( e.g. Members, ATBL) against prints?
Yes, you can redeem your discount code against custom prints.
Please note that as custom prints are produced by a third party and made to order, they are not eligible for free delivery.
I can’t find the image I am looking for, could you add it?
We will be adding new images to our offer regularly. If there is a particular image you are searching for please get in touch.
