A beautiful juniper heavy gin infused with an unusual mix of galangal, grains of paradise, and cardamom. Inspired by what’s believed to be the earliest known recipe for gin, found in the British Library collection.
To serve: Enjoy with tonic and a slice of lemon. Or for a wintry twist, why not try with ginger ale and a dusting of cinnamon?
The print used on this bottle is taken from Christopher Dresser’s Studies in Design. Originally published in 1875, it features 40 lithographic colour plates. Christopher Dresser was a British designer, design theorist and was a pivotal figure in the Aesthetic Movement.
