The Tales of the Weird series includes science fiction, fantasy and horror fiction from the late-nineteenth and early-twentieth centuries. It includes single-author collections and thematic anthologies, complete with new introductions and notes by expert editors.
Every delivery comes with a copy of the book along with an exclusive mini print of the cover and a personal note from the editor, offering unique insights into the book and the creative process behind the cover design. You’ll also get a bookmark to accompany your reading. Some months, we’ll include other exclusive extras, such as early drafts of the cover or frontispiece, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at the book’s visual development.
Know someone who’d love a new weird book through their door every month? The Tales of the Weird subscription is a fantastic present – simply put your giftee’s address information in the shipping boxes at checkout, and they’ll receive the subscription for the timespan of your choosing.

For £12.50 per month, you will receive the newest title as soon as it’s published, with UK postage included. You will receive an email with access to your customer portal to see upcoming charges and make any amendments to your shipping address.
Alternatively, you can sign up for a one-off 6-month pre-paid subscription for £66, which will be charged at the time of ordering. You will then receive the next 6 months of books delivered directly to your door.
For customers outside the UK, an additional postage fee of £7.50 per month will apply.
