Have fun testing your knowledge of the novels of Jane Austen with the crosswords, name games and wordsearches in this book. Every answer can be found in the six novels - no fragments or juvenilia have been used.
Use your ingenuity to find the country homes, city streets and servants hidden in the wordsearch puzzles. Find the quotations to solve the crossword puzzles - there is one for each of the six novels - and play the name game to see how many of the 156 quiz questions you can answer, from the colour of Eleanor Tilney's beads to the name of Mr Darcy's mother; from the town where the Miss Musgroves went to school to the month in which Emma first saw the sea.
The Victorian line drawings, which are also puzzles, are by Hugh Thomson and Charles Brock, from editions of Jane Austen's novels published in the 1890s.
All the answers can be found at the back of the book, but if any elude you, hopefully they may prove a spur to a little rereading.

Local pick up
Local pick up is free and allows you to buy online and collect your items from our shop in St. Pancras (London) or from Reception in Boston Spa.
London
Orders placed before 3pm will be ready to collect from noon the following day (including weekends). Please ensure you check our opening times before coming to collect.
Boston Spa
Orders placed before 3pm will be ready to collect between 2 - 4 working days, though this is usually quicker.
EU and Europe orders
Due to the new EU Regulation 2023/988 (GPSR), not all of our products will be available for you to order yet, we are working on rolling out a wider product range.

International orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Import duties and taxes are payable by the customer upon delivery. Orders returned due to non-payment of duties will be refunded for the product cost only, less any shipping fees incurred.
